In Avid Application Manager it says on the Apps tab that I have Pro Tools 12.4 installed. I have also tried reinstalling the program, and re-downloading it. I've tried both in my ilok app and signing into my avid account, and can't seem to find a way. I've tried to manually add the license to the ilok but that's not possible i'm guessing.Ĭan you tell me how I can compete the steps now? Step by step. I know that step you mean, but that step wasn't there, it just installed it, and said it was successful. I downloaded the DMG and all the plugins, etc. Hi there, happy new year and thank you for the reply. If you still see your old license in iLok and you were doing an upgrade, you haven't completed the steps. The HDX Core is the hardware the enables Pro Tools. Avids Pro Tools systems are the worlds most popular platform for audio production in both music recording and sound for picture post production. It won't be in your iLok account until you've finished that last step (where you forfeit your old license and it gets replaced with this new one). Avid Pro Tools Perpetual - Educational Pricing A full perpetual license for the latest version of Pro Tools, with 12 months of software updates, and 12 months of Avid Standard Support. Avid Pro Tools HDX Core with Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual License.
THEN, you have to choose the iLok asset to upgrade (your old Pro Tools license). Was this an upgrade? You should have had a moment during activation through avid to select the ilok account. If your avid account says you have the license, it means you haven't completed the steps to deposit the asset into iLok or you deposited it into another ilok account.
